Purpose built in 2001, our factory site in Alton, Hampshire, offers 17,000m² spanning production lines, manufacturing and materials and finished goods warehousing.
We can offer flexible, single head filling and hand application as well as high speed automated efficiency.
We run a three shift system, five days a week, and can offer greater capacity over 7 days to suit specific needs.
Manufacturing and production facilities
We have 11 major vessels ranging from 500kgs to 5000kgs.
This includes a 5000kg Symex flammables capable vessel, offering considerable environmental efficiencies and outstanding product deliverables. This is complimented by a 30kg Symex pilot vessel for fast turnaround of scale up and process comparable manufacturing trials.
We can compound most products in these vessels, including alcohol based products.
Our vessels are fed by three dispensing units, one which is dedicated to pharmaceutical dispensing.
Production – filling and packing
We have 19 production lines that cover a vast range of product types and packaging requirements, including alcohol based products.
Highly efficient automated lines for Body Butters & creams, Plastic & Aluminium Tubes, Stickpacks, Hot Fill and Liquid fill production are complimented by specialist filling equipment for short runs or more complex pack-off requirements.
We have the very best industry professionals to support our activities in Manufacturing, Production and Engineering teams with a strong bias on technical knowledge and Beauty care experience.
The entire facility is approved for Licensed Pharmaceutical and Organic manufacturing and production.
